At the heart of all of our work with teams and organizations are our Team Adventures. MSA's Team Adventures are fully customized, powerfully facilitated, small-group, multi-day adventures in extraordinary destinations around the world that are an authentic alternative to traditional team-building. Team Adventures combine both physical and cultural experiences with facilitated group discussions and working sessions to help your team push through comfort zones, unleash creativity and innovation, ignite leadership skills, increase teamwork & collaboration, and improve performance. 

Our Team Adventures are built on the idea that travel and adventure get people out of their comfort zones, out of the "bored" room, and into the world. By shifting the physical location and cultural landscape, our programs invite participants to look at challenges and opportunities from new, more empowered, and more solution-centered perspectives.

Grounded in concepts such as Experiential Learning Theory and Adult Learning Theory, your team will work with ours as they go through a cycle of action, reflection, meaning-making, and application of those lessons. Our Adventures provide the space, time, structure, and guidance for your team to objectively explore its current situation, create a unified vision of your ideal future, and develop an action plan for making that vision a reality. Plus, through our extended Organizational Development program options, we can work with you before and after your Team Adventure to maximize impact and transferability to the workplace.
